As the nerve center of Graceway Counseling Center, she expertly balances managing schedules, keeping things (and people) in order, and answering the same question at least five times a day. She specializes in making the impossible happen—like finding a last-minute appointment slot or getting everyone to fill out their paperwork correctly on the first try (okay, that one’s still a work in progress).

Part problem-solver, part therapist-for-the-therapists, Tresa has mastered the art of managing chaos with a well-placed sigh and a perfectly timed eyebrow raise. When not wrangling schedules, paperwork, and the occasional office plant crisis, she brings a sense of humor that makes even Mondays bearable. With a heart for helping others, she ensures Graceway is a place of warmth, efficiency, and just the right amount of controlled chaos.
