Do you accept insurance?

We are an in-network provider with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, WV PEIA, United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, WV CHIP, and Optum Behavioral Health. For networks that we are out of network with, we can provide you with the documentation necessary to receive ‘out-of-network’ benefits. We do offer a sliding scale fee for those without insurance or we are not in network with.

How much will therapy cost?

The fee will be discussed after the completion of an initial phone consultation. While we accept some insurance plans, for our cash-paying clients we offer a sliding scale rate based on income and number of dependents in your household.

Do you prescribe medication?

We have providers on staff to assist with medication management as needed.

Do you provide telehealth/video sessions?

Yes, We do provide telehealth sessions for residents of the State of WV.

Our office is conveniently located directly across from the Cabell County Courthouse at 744 4th Ave, Suite 2 in Huntington, WV.
